President
Executive Director of SunnyBrook of Carroll from 2010 - 2017, responsible for census enhancement strategies that resulted in 70% to 100% occupancy rates within his first year. Average occupancy rate of 98% over the course of seven years. Through Employee Empowerment, reduced employee turnover by 33% and received 98% positive resident and family satisfaction surveys scores during tenure. Promoted to Senior Executive Director in 2016 and responsible for the oversight of two Assisted Living facilities. Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Officer Candidate of the United States Marine Corps OCS Class 197, and proud Eagle Scout. Founder & Principal of Elysium Senior Living. Career nurse beginning with obtaining the CNA licensure, then LPN to RN track and finally the BSN designation. Director of Nursing with SunnyBrook of Carroll from 2010 - 2015, promoted to Regional Director of Nursing by SunnyBrook Management overseeing seven Assisted Living properties. Responsible for training all new facility Director of Nurses, opening new assisted living facilities, quality assurance for Department of Inspections & Appeals survey focuses, strategizing and problem solving any clinical issues at the regional facility level. Joined Amerigroup Iowa in 2015 as a case manager, promoted to regional manager in 2019. Responsible for regional manager duties, SRC transitions, NCQA compliance, and all nursing related inquiries, issues, and concerns. Founder & Principal of Community Care of Iowa & Elysium Properties.
